01 | Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TLM Productions Inc. ("Tanya Memme," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Tanya Memme platform, website, mobile portals, funnel interfaces, and all associated training or boutique advisory services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, selecting a booking date, clicking "I agree," checking a consent box, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

02 | Account & Booking Terms

To access certain features of the Service, including specialized group coaching arrays, 1-on-1 private advisory tracks, and corporate consulting masterclasses, you may be required to register for an profile or provide verified contact information. When you register or submit details, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace parameters and for all activity that occurs under your data configuration profile.
• You must immediately notify our operations department of any unauthorized use of your records or any other breach of security.

• You may not use another person's specific entry portal without explicit permission.

• You may not clear a booking using a false identity or for the explicit purpose of misleading our communication metrics.

• Tanya Memme Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate scheduling privileges, or remove submitted assets at our sole discretion.

03 | Fees, Billing & Transactions

TLM Productions Inc. offers structured free training pipelines, date-anchored challenge frameworks, paid single coaching seats, and premium corporate masterclass scopes as explicitly documented on our live funnel scheduling channels.

• Payment Processing: We utilize integrated, encrypted third-party financial processors to handle all payment transactions natively. By inputting your corporate or personal billing information, you explicitly authorize us to charge your specified card network for all associated fee layers.
• Refund Policy: All coaching investments, digital delivery assets, masterclass seats, and workshop allocations are non-refundable except as explicitly required under localized consumer protection statutes or as otherwise noted on a signed corporate statement of work. If you believe your credit line was billed in error, you must notify our office within 30 days of the posting date.

• Pricing Variations: We reserve the right to alter pricing parameters, platform seat packages, or coaching tier requirements with a minimum of 30 days' visual notice across our digital properties.

04 | Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

• Our IP: The Service, its underlying instructional copy, specialized masterclass frameworks, visual pitch architecture designs, blueprints, video presentations, on-camera confidence modalities, and original layout designs are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tanya Memme and her licensors. Trademarks, personal imagery, name assets, and custom typography frameworks may not be utilized without prior, explicit written authorization.
• Your Content: You retain standard rights to any structural corporate material, slide decks, pitch documentation, or auditable audio-video files you securely submit to us for live diagnostics ("User Content"). By passing User Content to our ecosystem, you grant us a secure, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to store, modify, process, and display your assets strictly as necessary to execute the training, review sessions, or 1-on-1 coaching actions requested.

• Copyright & Infringement (DMCA): We respect creators' proprietary controls. If you reasonably suspect that platform material breaches your personal copyright, file a takedown warning containing all statutory markers to: [email protected].

05 | Professional Community Guidelines

Tanya Memme’s platforms function as elite workspaces for founders, executive communication professionals, enterprise team members, and high-impact leaders. To protect the clarity of this space, you are prohibited from:

• Transmitting or posting any asset or text string that is unlawful, defamatory, malicious, fraudulent, or harassing.

• Impersonating any external public authority, speaker, executive, or business representative.

• Deploying code blocks, macro paths, viruses, or custom script commands designed to harm or crawl our infrastructure.

THE SERVICES AND INSTRUCTIONAL ASSETS PROVIDED ARE DELIVERED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" STRUCTURAL STANDPOINT, WITHOUT ANY DIRECT OR IMPLIED EXPRESSIONS OF WARRANTIES, ACCURACY GUARANTEES, OR SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL FITNESS TIERS.

TLM PRODUCTIONS INC. DOES NOT CLAIM OR PROMISE THAT THE SYSTEM WILL OPERATE WITHOUT MOMENTARY CLOCK PACKET LAGGARDS, NETWORK DELAYS, SECURITY COMPROMISES, OR MINOR SOFTWARE ERROR BUBBLES.

ALL INSTRUCTIONAL TEXTS, VOICE COACHING PRINCIPLES, PITCHblueprints, AND WEBINAR DETAILS ARE DEPLOYED ENTIRELY FOR PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATIONAL AND PUBLIC PRESENTATION EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. NOTHING DELIVERED CONSTITUTES AN ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL GAIN, STATUTORY LEGAL REVENUE TARGETS, OR CORPORATE EXECUTIVE ADVANCEMENT.

07 | Limitation of Liability

TO THE GREATEST BOUNDS ALLOWED UNDER NATIONAL APPLICABLE LAW, TLM PRODUCTIONS INC. AND ITS DIRECT OPERATIONAL CONTRACTORS, DIRECTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT ACCOUNT FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL INTANGIBLE LOSS DAMAGE VECTORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES, DATA STRIP ERRORS, WORK INTERRUPTIONS, OR GOODWILL REDUCTIONS GENERATED BY:

YOUR CAPACITIES OR INCAPACITIES TO INTERFACE WITH THE TRAINING SYSTEM.

THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT PIECES LOGGED BY ANY SEPARATE THIRD PARTY WITHIN OUR INFRASTRUCTURE.

UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE OR DATA MUTATION OF YOUR TRANSFERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TLM PRODUCTIONS INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE REPAIR RESPONSIBILITY TIERS SURPASS ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE EXACT AMOUNT DELIVERED BY YOU TO US FOR COACHING ACCESS ACROSS THE TWELVE (12) MONTH WINDOW ANCHORING THE LEGAL COMPLAINT.

08 | Adjustments & Updates

We maintain full authority to update or swap out these Terms at any interval to align with platform expansion or evolving network provider compliance mandates. When updates are committed, the revision date at the head of the property will refresh. Continued use of our landing portals or calendar assets after an update constitutes automatic compliance with the new rules.

09 | SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms & Conditions

By manually opting in to receive communication from Tanya Memme Inc. across our landing funnels, forms, or booking calendars, you agree to the following programmatic text terms:

• Instructions to Explicitly Opt-Out: Your control over consent remains absolute. You can completely terminate text communications at any time by texting or replying with the keyword STOP to our business number. Upon receipt of a STOP command, our platform will transmit a single final confirmation text noting your removal, and all outbound mobile carrier paths will instantly freeze. • Message and Data Rates Disclosure: TLM Productions Inc. does not levy dynamic platform surcharges for text distribution. However, standard cellular network carrier message and data rates may apply depending on your specific mobile voice and data plan. • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: TLM Productions Inc. and its mobile distribution providers operate on high-deliverability routing lines. However, text message delivery is ultimately subject to effective transmission from your local cellular network operator. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that wireless mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional network operators) are third-party infrastructure conduits and are not legally or operationally liable for delayed, misrouted, filtered, or entirely undelivered text communications.
